General Terms:

• Please read the product description and our terms and conditions before placing your order.
• Please check the product description for the dispatch date before placing your order.
• Please watch the product video in the product, our YouTube channel and our Instagram page, before placing your order (if video not found ask our customer care support team).
• Once we directly receive the print file from your end, the dispatch date will be calculated or we will make the design when it got approved from your end. Then we will calculate the dispatch date.
• If there is a pending payment, your order is on hold; once the payment is cleared, we will start production. Then we will calculate the dispatch date.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Our Courier partners are Professional Courier, Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, EcomExpress, Xpressbees, DTDC-Dotzot, Bluedart, DTDC-Plus, ST Courier, Parcel service etc,.
• Please be informed that doorsteps delivery would be provided based upon the availability location to deliver from our shipping partners.
• We are not fully responsible for any courier or parcel delays, damage or missing (loss); we can only support and assist you.
• Delivery charges outside of Tamil Nadu is Additional Rs.100/200/300 (up to 8 kg)
• Some products require the client to pay for delivery charges.
• Product weight: More than 8 kg will be shipped by parcel service. (customer side parcel collection)
• Dispatch Date:
  • The dispatch date is dependent on the specific product; please see the product description.

  Delivery Date:

  • Our shipping partner is responsible for the delivery date. Only dispatch from our side the product.

Refund Policy:

• Please read the product description and our terms and conditions before placing your order.
• Once you have paid, there are no refunds.

Cancel Policy:

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy:

• Please take a single video while opening the shipment. If there is any print issue or missing items, please send us a video. Without the video, we will not consider returning or reprinting it. It’s mandatory.
• If the reason for the Return is valid, we will consider returning or reprinting it. If any complaints, please email them to complaints@eprinton.co.in

Printing:

• Font size must be at least 7 points (its based on font style) for brochure, business card, offset printing and digital printing.
• The Print file resolution should be 300 DPI Pixels/Inch. (non-pixelated images and texts)
• The file must be in CMYK Color Mode. (The RGB file cannot be printed.)
• It is necessary to have the correct trim size, font size, safety margin, bleed extend size, and high resolution in your design files.
• Printing colors will match
  80% to 99% approximately.
• 100% color does not match your design because paper to paper colour changes. The colour is determined by the printing paper you select.

Digital Marketing:

• We cannot guarantee 100% lead generation because it is dependent on your product offering, poster design, video and target area.
• We only guarantee advertising with a minimum reach or impressions.

Designing:

• If we will do design, the design fees will apply.
• If you order a “Standard Design” and the extend the “standard design” specifications for additional samples or revisions, there will be an additional charges.
